Who doesn't love presents?? If you are a teacher and you haven't heard about slantboxes, you need to head over to the Lessons with Coffee blog! It is a great way to send love to teachers across the nation! You are sent a name of a teacher each month you sign up and you spend that month getting to know them, finding out what they like, what they don't like, and basically stalking their profiles! Then, you create a gift box for them! It doesn't have to be elaborate and only has a $10 minimum, but what makes a slantbox so special is you must include something handmade and a card. You really put some effort into brightening your teacher's day!
This is my first month and I received a super sweet kindergarten teacher from Tennessee. She is such a beautiful person inside and out and I enjoyed getting to know her this month! Anna loves journaling, devotions, purple and red, hot chocolate, candles, and flowers!
The slantbox theme this month was hometown pride and luckily, my high school school colors are purple and gold so I got to choose some really great purple things for her!
